Miki's English is also excellent, so she is able to figure out when an English-speaking student is making a mistake in Chinese that comes from commonly-used English syntax. She breaks down words and phrases into smaller parts that are easy to remember (and often are funny mnemonics). I take the audio recordings and break them down into audio flashcards, which are SO helpful for practicing listening. I really can't recommend Miki enough.
